Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded when I convert them to PDF?
No. The images are read, arranged, and written into the PDF entirely in your browser on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to a server, which makes the tool safe for IDs, receipts, medical documents, and other private photos.
Which image formats can I turn into a PDF?
JPG and PNG always work, and they are embedded without re-encoding so quality is untouched. WebP, GIF, BMP, and similar formats are converted losslessly through your browser. HEIC photos from iPhones work in Safari; other browsers may not decode HEIC, in which case convert them to JPG first.
Can I control the page size and layout of the PDF?
Yes. Choose Fit to image for pages that match each photo exactly, or A4 and US Letter for standard document pages with portrait, landscape, or automatic orientation. You can also add small or large margins, and drag the images to set their page order before exporting.
