Should I extract frames as JPG or PNG?
JPG is the practical default: small files at high quality, ideal for thumbnails and previews. PNG is lossless, so it preserves every pixel exactly - better for screenshots with text or graphics, or frames you plan to edit further. PNG files are noticeably larger, especially at bulk intervals.
How do I grab one exact moment from a video?
Use the Specific times mode. Scrub the preview player to find the moment, note the timestamp, then enter it (for example 1:23). You can list several timestamps separated by commas and get one frame for each. A single frame downloads directly instead of a ZIP.
Is there a limit on how many frames I can extract?
Frames are held in browser memory while the ZIP is built, so very large batches can exhaust it. Every-frame mode is capped at 30 seconds of video for that reason. For longer footage, use the every-second or every-5-seconds intervals, or pick specific timestamps instead.
