Compress Video for Email
Hit the 25MB limit without leaving your browser - free, private, and watermark-free.
Gmail, Outlook, and most corporate mail servers cap attachments around 20-25MB, and they count encoding overhead, so a '25MB' video often bounces. This tool targets safely under the cap and produces a standard MP4 any recipient can open. Because compression happens in your browser, confidential footage never touches a third-party server - relevant when the whole point is avoiding a cloud link.

Frequently asked questions
Why did my 24MB attachment still bounce?
Email encodes attachments in base64, which inflates them about 33% in transit. A 24MB file becomes ~32MB of message. Compressing to 18-19MB is the realistic ceiling for a 25MB limit - this preset accounts for that.
Is compressing better than sending a Drive or Dropbox link?
Links are fine when the recipient can access them - corporate firewalls, expiring links, and sign-in walls break constantly. An attachment under the cap always arrives and never expires.
