Does the MP3 keep the full audio quality of the video?
The extraction re-encodes to 192kbps MP3, which is transparent for speech and very good for music. Since most MP4 audio tracks are 128-256kbps AAC to begin with, there is little to lose.
Can I extract just part of the audio?
Yes - enable 'Trim to a clip' and set start and end times before extracting. Useful for cutting one song out of a concert video or one answer out of an hour-long lecture.
Is this legal?
